When applying for a recording or rehearsal session at Generation Studio you are engaging into a contract in which you are accepting totally and unreservedly on behalf of yourself, the band or artist to comply unconditionally by our studio’s terms and conditions as outlined below.

You can book a recording or rehearsal session either by email, text message or phone.

Payment
Currently we can only accept either cash payments or bank transfer.
For rehearsals, there is a 3 hour minimum session time and payment can either be made on the day in cash or in advance by Bank Transfer :-

For recording sessions, a 50% deposit is payable at time of booking to secure the session.
This deposit is non refundable or transferable.
The balance must be paid in full either ahead of the final day of recording or on the final day.
Should payment not be made in full as detailed above, all session files will be withheld until final payment has been made.
Cancellation
The standard 48 hours notice period is mandatory for rehearsal bookings. Should a session be cancelled within that period then the cost of that session is still due payable except under extreme circumstances and under the discretion of the Generation Studio Management Team.
Studio Equipment and breakages
All of our equipment is listed on our website www.generationstudio.co.uk
Any damage to studio equipment due to misuse, carelessness of use, or abuse will be chargeable to the band or individual. Refusal to pay for damage to studio equipment will lead to prosecution and exclusion to future use of the studio.
Personal items
The site is secure but please do not leave valuable and personal items unattended and ensure you take all your belongings with you when you leave. Generation Studio is not responsible for any items that are either damaged or lost either on the premises or your vehicles. CCTV cameras are in operation on site.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the studio or entrance way.
Drugs
Generation Studio operates a zero tolerance on drugs in line with other studios. If you are suspected of or found in possession of drugs on the premises you will be requested to leave and your details reported to the authorities.
Food and drink
These are permitted in the studio but please take care and put waste in bin after session. DO NOT put drink anywhere near or on electrical items such as amps and immediately clean up any spillages.
Damage caused by spillages will be chargeable to the band / individual along with any other costs the studio incurs as a direct result.
The studio is attended by a member of management at all times.
